Paint Life Grand - Policies & Cancellation
Payment & Deposit
PAINTING PARTIES I require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of 3 of your guests (varies, depending on your party choice - see the Parties page), unless you purchased a voucher in advance (see below).
VOUCHERS: If you purchased a voucher and are expecting more than 6 additional guests, I will require a non-refundable deposit of the full price of 3 guests.
To pay your deposit, you will receive a Paypal.com invoice with a due date. Deposits must be paid by the due date or your party will not be considered final.
Outstanding balance is expected in cash or credit on day of event. There is no “penalty fee” for guests who do not make it (no refunds on deposit). However, if you paid via voucher (example: voucher covers 6 guests, but you only have 4 or 5) I can not credit you for missing guests.

LATE FEE
If you or your guests are running late (longer than 30 minutes), and this causes us to start later than scheduled, I will tack on a $25 late fee. Please be mindful of my schedule and remind your guests to be on time, or we can start without them.

In the event of a cancellation on your part, I will offer to reschedule your party at your convenience.
If you choose not to reschedule your party, and you've made a deposit, please bear in mind that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you purchased a voucher via a third party, you must contact them directly for a refund.
IF I CANCEL
I will contact you in advance, either by email or telephone if I have an emergency (either personal or due to inclement weather). I do not offer an "advanced notice time-frame", because emergencies can happen at any time and weather can change drastically as well. However, cancellations are rare and only weather as serious as a hurricane or blizzard are likely in my service area. I only ask that you be considerate and understanding and be aware of the season. I will offer to reschedule, but, if you decide NOT to reschedule, this is the only exception where a deposit is refundable.
